Aberystwyth 6.5 miles. A striking, traditional, semi-detached Welsh farmhouse, situated on a working livestock farm, close to the popular seaside university town of Aberystwyth. Set over two floors, there are four comfortable bedrooms, on a split level first floor, with the twin bedroom on the other side of the staircase, two with steps to en-suite showers and a family bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need to make the most of the dining area. There are two sitting rooms, one with an open fire and the other with a woodburner, offering the chance to sit and enjoy the ambience of this charming farmhouse. Outside, you can sit in the enclosed patio garden and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea whilst planning your day's adventures. The town of Aberystwyth with the sweep of the Edwardian promenade and pier, is a perfect venue to be mesmerised by the murmurations of the resident starlings. Alternatively, why not take a ride on the funicular railway to marvel at the Camera Obscura? You are ideally placed to explore the wonderful coastline of Cardigan Bay from the town with various sandy beaches stretching in both directions with New Quay to the South and Borth to the North. The area offers numerous outdoor activities such as dolphin and wildlife spotting boat trips, river and sea fishing. Perhaps catch a glimpse of the submerged forest at Borth, or enjoy a trip on the Vale of Rheidol Railway to the mystical gorge and waterfalls of Devils Bridge.
