Positive: Location is very good, situated at the cliff and the view is excellent.

Negative: Unfortunately, the property is not well maintained, especially the bathrooms. The door cannot be locked, bad odors and the toilet lid is not matched, it was replaced with the different size of the toilet lid. The swimming pool is also not properly maintained, the pool stair is only the handle left, no steps attached.

Summary: The property is poorly maintained. The bungalows need renovation.
