The land is furnished and equipped and has shady corners for reading, swimming pool, lawns with sun beds for sunbathing, panoramic terraces, outdoor showers, barbecue and outdoor dining room.
The house, consisting of lounge with fireplace, 5 bedrooms for 10 beds (2 double with large bed, 2 double with French bed, 1 twins with separate beds), 4 bathrooms (1 bath tub, 3 showers), kitchen equipped, patio and small cellar, it is cool in summer and warm in winter (independent heating).
