Positive: Great location. Lovely modern apartment. Very well equipped.
Negative: There are only two w/c's (despite three bathrooms). Unfortunately, we had a leak which meant we could not use one of the w/c's, so we had to share one w/c between five adults. The agency weren't able to resolve it because it was xmas and, to be fair, the leak was from the apartment above. They gave us a compensation equal to 5% of the total cost.
Summary: Great apartment. NB only two toilets.
