Tastefully decorated and furnished in a high standard, The Chocolate Apartment is inserted in the luxury Herdade dos Salgados, with 7 pools, mature gardens, clubhouse, 24 hour security, gym, and golf course. A truly holiday experience!
The main bedroom has a large double bed, en-suite (bath with shower over, bidet, WC and basin) and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. There is a second complete bathroom next door to this bedroom. There is an open plan living/dining room and kitchen that has large floor to ceiling patio doors leading to a south facing balcony. From the balcony, one views the CS Salgados 5 star hotel and out to the ocean.
The fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen may be closed by its teak sliding doors.
The spacious bright and airy sitting room/dining room is stylishly furnished with a large sofa for 6 people, coffee table, flat-screen TV, TV program system, dining table and 6 chairs. There is air-conditioning and WiFi. There is one free private parking space in the underground garage which has direct access the lift to the apartment.
Please note the pool is not fenced and children must be supervised at all times, in the pool and play area. For nature lovers, within a 5-minute walk is a lagoon and nature reserve that hosts many different species of marine birds. This can be reached along the beach across the shrubland.
There really is no need for a car as everything you need is within walking distance. Salgados beach is 300m from the apartment, there are several local minimarkets and the superb Apolónia supermarket 500 meters away. Restaurant wise, bars and restaurants can be found a short walk from the apartment.
Although we do not accept groups of young people under 25 years old, exceptions can be made as long as guests accept and comply with the house rules.
