Positive: It was in a very quiet area the beach was just a short walk away there was stores and restaurants within walking distance the house has plenty of room for a group of people to be comfortable the basement has plenty games and lots of room to hang out and have some fun has beach toys and wagons for the beach
Negative: There is NO privacy in the living room kitchen or dining room area there are huge windows all around but NOTHING to cover them so every one passing can see straight into the house and see everything you do the house could have been a little better cleaned also when renting the house it is advised as a heated pool but what they don’t tell you is that you have to pay an extra $95 a night to have it heated on top of what you pay already to rent the house which in my opinion is outrageous the jacuzzi tub was upstairs and had wire showing so we wasn’t able to use it because of this also the air filters was so dirty and damaged that we had to get someone to come change them so we could get the ac to work
Summary: It was peaceful and relaxing but needs so attention
