1) Electricity Usage Notice and Heating the Jacuzzi (extra charge): the apartment operates on a coin meter for electricity, but is setup to meet the daily energy requirements for internal appliances. Exceptionally high usage by guests, though rare, would require you to add coins to the meter. Please note the Jacuzzi, like most pools and Jacuzzis in Malta, is not heated. If you wish to heat the Jacuzzi during the cooler months of October to May, please notify the property manager. An energy card, available for purchase at €20-40, will be required for each heating session.
2) House Rules: by making a reservation, you are agreeing to our House Rules, outlined below in our property listing. Importantly, there are no parties and quiet hours are to be respected in the common areas and your apartment between 11pm-7am. We know you will enjoy the nightlife of Malta, but please respect our neighbors and do not bring it home with you. Thank you for your understanding.
3) We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
