Positive: Convenient spot in the surroundings of Paris. Spacious enough, but also tight because of the roof slope. Big parking place. Easy contact with owner.
Negative: It's a big industry, more than 10 apartments in the same building. It is freshly renewed but with very poor quality material (plastic door...). It looks like something to make big money. The shower was partially broken, which means they didn't check between previous occupation and us.
