The apartment has recently been renovated and is perfect for both a family and couples of friends looking for privacy and practicality; the large outdoor spaces allow you to eat outdoors in the courtyard and rest comfortably in the relaxation area in the courtyard. The entire unit is on the ground floor, offers two parking spaces inside the property and a 120 m2 field below, for exclusive use, also ideal for accommodating a boat trailer. Externally, at guests' disposal, a sink and a shower equipped with hot water and a washing machine.

- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
