This fabulous holiday accommodation in the enchanting atmosphere of the large flowering garden makes it easy to escape from everyday life.
PAUSE GENEROSA is located 7 km above Argegno, where boats to the most beautiful sights in the centre of the lake and to Como dock. Menaggio in the centre of the lake and Como at the southern tip of the lake are both 22 km from the holiday home. It is a delight to enjoy the unique landscape. The most picturesque places and villas in the centre of the lake are: Lenno/Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo, Ossuccio/Island of Comacina/, Bellagio/Villa Melzi, Varenna/Villa Monastero. In the south, Moltrasio, Cernobbio and the provincial town of Como are highly recommended.
The light-flooded domicile on the ground floor has generous glazing to the east, south and west sides. The floors in the rooms are parquet with beech wood and the kitchen, bathroom and terrace are tiled.
WiFi, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the price.
Not included is the consumption of natural gas and electricity, which are charged according to the gas meter and electricity meter.
There is a swimming pool 10 minutes away by car in the Lido of Argegno and in San Fedele (also 10 minutes away) there is an indoor swimming pool.

The bed with a frame can be converted into a sofa by placing the upholstered elements on top. The second single bed is located in the adjoining storage room behind the sliding door if it is not needed. TV with armchairs and desk are available.
- Terrace (18 m²) Glass doors in the living room and in the third room lead to the terrace.
The furnished terrace with wonderful views of the lake, villages and mountains is directly adjacent to the sunbathing lawn in the garden.
LIVING ROOM (30 M2)
The living room has 4 south-facing glass doors and 2 west-facing glass doors leading to the terrace. The relaxation area is furnished with two comfortable poster armchairs, chairs and a large side table. The dining area adjoins the open-plan kitchen and is furnished with an oval marble table, 4 chairs and a buffet.
TERRACE (18 M2)
The terrace enjoys a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape, the lake, the hills near Bellagio and the famous Grigne mountain near Varenna. The terrace is equipped with a folding glass wall that allows the wind to blow in on hot days and keeps it out in the evening. A table, chairs, chaise longue and parasol allow you to enjoy life outside on the terrace. Right next to the terrace is the sunbathing area.
OPEN KITCHEN (6 m²)
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a sink, fridge with separate freezer compartment, gas hob with electric oven and a dishwasher. A toaster, Italian mocha espresso machines are available and there is also a filter coffee machine, as well as a kettle and jugs for tea, milk, water, etc. The number of crockery, cups, bowls, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils is extensive so that the dishwasher does not work half empty. A good selection of pots, pans and baking dishes are available.
BEDROOM WITH DOUBLE BED (18 M2)
The bedroom has a 1.80 metre wide double bed which is 2 metres long. It is equipped with two high-quality mattresses and two articulated slatted frames, which provide an excellent quality of sleep. A wardrobe, bedside tables with bedside lamps and chairs complete the room's furnishings. There is also a television on the wall.
Two glass doors facing both east and south brighten up the room. One glass door is fitted with a shutter that slides into the wall. The other 3 glass doors are fitted with blackout curtains to prevent the sun from kissing you awake.
THIRD ROOM/SECOND BEDROOM (19 M2)
This room is south-facing with a wide double window and a glass door to the terrace. A double window to the west with a shutter that slides into the wall provides a view of the garden. The room is furnished with 2 single beds (0.90 m and 2 m long) with high-quality mattresses and articulated slatted frames. The bed with a frame can be converted into a sofa by placing the upholstered elements on top. An adjoining 9 m² storage room behind wide sliding doors is available for the second single bed if it is not needed. The storage space also offers enough room to store the upholstered elements, cushions for the garden furniture and all sorts of other items. A TV, armchair, desk, side table and chairs are available.
SHOWER / TOILET (6 M2)
The bathroom with window is equipped with a glass shower, WC, bidet and washbasin with a small wall unit and a mirror. A hairdryer is available.
The plot of 2980 m² is planted with a considerable variety of shrubs, perennials and trees. The plants have been selected to delight guests with flowers from March to November. The fenced garden borders a forest, and when there is enough water, the waterfall in the ravine seems to spread a special energy. The site also borders a side road, as well as houses with gardens/meadows and a barn.
PAUSE GENEROSA is also ideal for hiking. Some hikes start directly from the holiday flat, others are a short drive away.
