This property is located in Sunset Crest, Holetown so within walking distance to pretty much everything close by.
There are many beautiful white sand beaches with clear turquoise water within minutes of this property. The West Coast of Barbados is also fringed with countless breathtaking Coral Reefs to provide excellent snorkeling and scuba diving. Some within walking distance and some by car or bus From Brandons Beach all the way to Gibbs and Mullins Beach.
The South Coast also offers something for everyone and is a curious mixture of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Here you can swim in calm waters, snorkel over the inshore reefs and tidal pools, and at the southernmost tip or east coasts of the island, you can windsurf or kite surf.
Many of the beaches offer sun loungers and have beach bars, so you can spend your days drinking rum punches and relaxing.

During Your Stay
No additional guests or visitors are allowed to sleepover at the property without prior permission.
No parties, large gatherings, games nights or loud music are allowed.
No Smoking is permitted in Any area inside the unit. If you smoke outside (in the garden or car park), please dispose of butts appropriately but not inside the unit.
No pets are permitted.
Please refrain from sitting on beds, chairs, etc. with wet swimwear or when sunscreen/tanning lotion has been applied.
Please remember to close windows and doors for your safety or when the house is unoccupied.
Please turn off all A/C units, lights, and fans when not in the room/property.
Please be careful with the keys as there is a Us $200 charge for all lost keys and replacement locks.
You are responsible for security. Please lock and secure the property when you are not there.
The accommodation is self-catering. Initial starter supplies of hand soap, toilet rolls, shower gel, dish cloths and sponges are provided. Once used, you will need to purchase whatever you require.
On departure, please make sure you take all of your belongings.
The property owner is not responsible for power, water or internet outages initiated by providers. We will do all that we can to inform and advise on the service but it's ultimately out of our control.
Access must be granted for urgent or emergency maintenance.

Security Deposit (Damage Retainer)
A security deposit of Us $500 or equivalent is required upon payment of rental fees. Breakages or damages must be declared and paid for or replacements made. If charges are made to the security deposit, Invoices/receipts will be provided.
Assuming zero damages, the security deposit is refunded in full after departure and when the property has been checked.
