1. Great lighting Over the swimming pool to enhance your stay.
2. Home automation .. means you can turn on any lighting in the villa just the fingertip by your bed. Other villas don't have that. When you want to turn the lights off in the bedroom, you must walk to the door to turn them all off.
3. Kid-friendly, we got a high chair, Kid utensils, a Baby cot, and a Pool fence to protect kids from falling into the pool.
4. 65 inches HD TV in the living room and 55 inches TV in all bedrooms; with a smart box, you can stream all your favourite apps on tv such as Amazon Prime, Youtube, and Netflix *paid program not included.
5. A real-sized pool table, full-size air hockey, full-size football table, and all this inside the villa, full Aircon. It's not a converted garage.

- Bathroom 1. on the first floor, disabled friendly, got Toilet, Shower, and Sink. It can be shared with 2 of the King bedrooms on the first floor.
- Bathroom 2. Private bathrooms for one of the king bedrooms, toilet, and shower above the bath.
-Bathroom 3. Private bathroom for Master King bedroom, got 2 sinks, Large walk-in shower, toilet.
-Bathroom 4, on the second floor, has 2 sinks, a Bathtub with a shower above it, and a toilet; this bathroom can be shared with a boy and a girl's bedroom.
*we have a Laundry shoot as well from the second floor and we also got a full-size washing machine and dryer.

The villa has a Private Real entertaining west-facing pool, an oversized Deck overlooking the woodland, light over the swimming pool and underwater, and a Radio with an iPod connector and speaker at the pool area.
DISABLES and CHILDS Friendly, Ground floor master bedroom designed for Disable in mind, the walk-in shower that you can wheel the wheelchair right under the shower. Pool fence at the swimming pool to prevent Chile from going outside unattended.
