A house with an absolutely magical location right by the sea just north of Falkenberg. You have a magnificent view of the roaring waves of the Kattegatt. Just a few steps away, you have the opportunity to swim, go crab fishing and walk along the shallow, beautiful beach. A spacious house that is excellent for several families or larger groups. Next to the house is the owner's residence, separated from your part of the large shared plot. Your house has ancient origins and has been carefully renovated while retaining its charm. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen. The large living room has generous seating and a dining table as well as modern TV with chromecast for play channels, wifi and a lot of board games. One bedroom with a double bed and cot and one with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms here, one with a shower and a toilet with a washing machine. A rather steep and narrow staircase takes you up to the second floor. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. One bedroom has two single beds. ATTENTION! The beautiful tiled stoves are not allowed to light a fire in. On the spacious plot, you can choose a side depending on the weather. In front of the house you enjoy the wonderful view of the beautiful coast and a magical sunset. Slightly windy days suit the back of the house perfectly. There are also large areas here for all the family's activities. There are two bikes that you can use as well as various games. Falkenberg is buzzing with activity during the summer. Enjoy the nice summer town with its small shops, restaurants and cafes. You have everything within walking distance. The fine white beaches at Skrea beach quickly fill up with bathers on a hot summer day. Your slightly smaller beach has no tourist invasion. There are several golf courses nearby. For those interested in fishing, there is the opportunity in Ätran and in the sea. A fishing license is required in Ätran.
