Hyde Park is such a wonderful neighborhood where people are outside running, walking, and enjoying the shops, especially during warmer weather. The two-bedroom duplex can sleep 8 (this includes 2 air mattresses) and has all the amenities needed for a short-term or long-term stay. Two TVs, both equipped with Roku; WIFI; and full laundry. The kitchen has every appliance you need, cooking utensils, dishes, and a Keurig with coffee and creamer.
Once you enter the front door you will have two staircases to climb to reach our area. As well, the second bedroom is in the attic, so there are two more sets of stairs to enter that open space.
LIVING ROOM
This room features a large sofa area for relaxing, blankets, a Roku TV, a dedicated workstation, and a ceiling fan.
BEDROOM
Enjoy the memory foam mattress on the Queen size bed and watch your Roku TV in comfort. You can ensure you are dressed to impress with the full length mirror on hand. Blackout curtains ensure you get a peaceful sleep.
BATHROOM
This large bathroom features a standing shower, a soaking tub, and plenty of storage space in the vanity. Natural lighting is available through the window.
KITCHEN
All the appliances you need including refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster. Enjoy your complimentary coffee in the morning with the Keurig located just over in the adjoining laundry room. Space for four people to eat the bar height eating area.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Just off the kitchen you will find a very sunny laundry area that also houses the Keurig. If you need extra toilet paper or paper towels, you can find them in here.
BEDROOM TWO
Located in the attic is where you will find plenty of extra space to relax and sleep! We turned a twin trundle bed (memory foam) into a comfortable couch where you can watch Roku TV, have plenty of fun games for you or the kids to enjoy, plus have another queen memory foam bed. Plenty of closet space is here for everyone, plus a dresser.
FRONT PORCH
This is shared with the other AirBNB unit next door and is a fun to sit and people watch! This unit faces an elementary school, and during the school year, the kids enjoy the playground so you may hear them having some fun!
PARKING
This unit does not have parking onsite. There is plenty of parking on the closest side street, plus there is parking on the street out front (just not between 3p-6pm on the weekdays - we learned the hard way). Our driveway is shared with our awesome neighbor, so please be timely when dropping off your items in the driveway. T
HEATING AND AIR
This home has central heating. There are air conditioning units in the bedroom, living room, and attic that really cool the entire home down.
Parking is located on the street in front of the home, but not M-F between the hours of 3p-6p. There is a very close side street as well! This is a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of shopping and restaurants just a few minutes away!

Hyde Park is historic and just gorgeous! Hyde Park Square is just a couple of blocks away and it features a small park, shopping and restaurants. Grocery stores are close by as well as downtown Cincinnati! Just 30 minutes away from Kings Island and Western & Southern Tennis Tournament.
You may park on the side street. The driveway is shared with the neighbors and we ask that you only use it to drop off your items. You may park in front of the home, but be sure you move your car M-F from 3pm-6pm or else you will be ticketed. This home is right in front of a bus line if you are comfortable with that. As well, Uber and Lyft are very prevalent.

• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home through the resolution center on Airbnb.
