These two villas (Pyrgi villas) are located in an olive grove on the heights, route de Kastro (old town). A magnificent view of the sea and Pelion, and the beaches of Skiathos such as Mandraki, Elias and Aselinos.

Built in beautiful stones, the main house contains, on the first level, a large living room, an open kitchen and toilets. A large terrace with shaded pergola for a large table to receive.
On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms with a sea view, and a smaller one, and two bathrooms.
The guest house is a 25m² studio which overlooks the swimming pool and includes a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
