Things to Know
There is ongoing construction in the parking garage and it will be closed until January 15th 2024. This closure will create some logistical issues related to parking availability, parking fees and entry into the building. Parking will be on a first come, first served basis with any second vehicles or visitors vehicles needing to park off site while visiting the Broadmoor. There are approximately 22 single parking spaces surrounding the Broadmoor not included in this closure. If you have paid a parking fee in the month of December, that fee will be refunded in conciliation for the inconvenience. Entry to elevators will be indicated on the first floor near the business office. If you have special needs such as handicapped parking, please notify Vacasa and we will alert the Broadmoor and request special instructions. There will be some noise and vibration associated with this project while they work on the parking garage.
