Centrally located between the playground, picnic area and ball-fields at Fort Rock Park. 11 East Butte is nestled among the trees at the end of the street, providing peace and tranquility with the convenience of location!
Upon entry, the home flows seamlessly between the dining area with seating for 6, comfortable living room with fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD player, and into the well-stocked kitchen with bar seating for 4. Step out fromthe dining area onto the deck with patio seating, a gas BBQ, and private hot tub so you can soak under the stars.
On the main level you will find an ensuite King bedroom and full bathroom. Head upstairs to find 2 comfortable guests bedrooms-one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 Twin beds and the second full bathroom.
Ready to explore Sunriver? Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 2adult cruiser bikes or 1 mountain bike provided with this vacation rental. Back at the house you might enjoy a game of ping-pong on the table in the garage, follow it with dinner on the back deck, then snuggle up next to the fire to watch a movie-be sure to check out the extensive DVD library at the Bennington Properties office.

**This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air-conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice-cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
