The sunroom makes for the ultimate dual use off the kitchen, sit down on the reclining couch in the morning with your coffee to see the sun rise with floor to ceiling windows. DUAL PURPOSE it has a gate to keep your furry friends happy in their own area of the house. Two couches that turn into additions beds OR perfect for making forts while watching the 75 inch flat screen tv with cable, Disney+, Netflix, or the DVD player stocked with a few kids movies ready to go. Also equipped with new Black out/room darkening blinds in the kids room to make sure they sleep in well ha-ha.
Kids room has its own door access to the deck and outside fun.
