You will stay in a large studio flat with mezzanine bedroom, in a Victorian building with high ceilings and amazing location, a 2-minute walk to Hyde Park.
The space
Located in one of the most desirable areas in town, my property is tastefully decorated throughout and designed with comfort in mind. Superb location, with Hyde Park on your doorstep, as well as countless shops, pubs, and restaurants within a few minutes walk away. Oxford Street and its numerous shops is only 15 minutes walk and Notting Hill and Portobello Market is 30 minute walk.
The studio flat is bright and larger than average, and it's composed of:
- beautifully decorated spacious living area with a comfy sofa, armchairs, and Freeview tv to chill after a long day of exploring London
- vibrant kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals for you and your loved ones
- fully equipped family bathroom with bathtub and bidet - a pretty unusual feature here in the Uk!
- mezzanine area with comfy double bed fitted with high quality linen for an extra touch of luxury to guarantee a good night's rest. We also provide plush towels and hotel sized toiletries for the first few days of your stay.

My property is managed by Pass the Keys.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Self-check-in via lockbox to ensure there is no direct contact with anyone.
Please note that you will be charged £80 for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of replacing the lock will be charged if you lose the keys. Please be careful with them!
Our property is professionally cleaned before your arrival and is fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible. Linen and towels are removed after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
We also provide single-use and individually wrapped toiletries for the first few days of your stay.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
