Where will I be?
32 Werri Blue is located across the road from Geringong's Werri Beach. Only a two minute drive or 15 minute walk to Gerringong's main street with shops, cafes and restaurants. This Werri Beach waterfront home is very special as it has views right through to the ocean from the living room.
Why choose 32 Werri Blue?
32 Werri Blue has a stylish living and dining area with large table to seat six, a chaise lounge and gas fireplace, perfect for evening entertainment. The house also has a back garden area with BBQ, undercover alfresco dining area and table tennis. There is an external laundry with washer, dryer, shower and toilet - ideal for using when you come in from the beach.
In summer, you will love being directly opposite the beach and in winter you can take long walks on the beach in the winter sunshine, then snuggle up in front of the cosy fireplace.
How is the property laid out?
32 Werri Blue is a single level cottage with a garden area. The cottage has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a king bed, single bed and a trundle, and the third bedroom can be used as a bedroom or media room with two futon sofa beds. There is a main bathroom with a deep bathtub which is an open plan wet room, an ensuite and an external laundry with shower and toilet.
The main living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area are located in an open plan area with a gas fireplace. There is also a second living area or media room which can be used as a third bedroom. There is a front deck with a day bed and outdoor dining table and also a back garden with under cover BBQ area, outdoor furniture and table tennis.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property has Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B. This property does not a smart TV.
What about outdoors?
A fully fenced tropical back garden with undercover area, BBQ and table tennis make 32 Werri Blue perfect for entertaining.There is also a grassed area out the front of the property. Enjoy the day bed on the front deck while watching the kids play or have breakfast using the second outdoor setting. Access to the beach and cycle/walking path is directly across the road!
Staying warm or keeping cool!
32 Werri Blue has a gas fireplace and ceiling fans in the main living room. The windows can be opened up in summer to let sea breezes through the property.
Linen - What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the gravel driveway to the left of the house. The garage is for owners' use and is not available to guests. Please do not park on the grass at the front of the property.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
