Location -32 Werri Blue is located across the road from Geringong's Werri Beach. Only a two minute drive or 15 minute walk to Gerringong's main street with shops, cafes and restaurants.This Werri Beach waterfront home is very special as it has views right through to the ocean from the living room. Key features -32 Werri Blue has a stylish living and dining area with large table to seat six, a chaise lounge and gas fireplace, perfect for evening entertainment. The house also has a back garden area with BBQ, undercover alfresco dining area and table tennis. There is an external laundry with washer, dryer, shower and toilet - ideal for using when you come in from the beach. In summer, you will love being directly opposite the beach and in winter you can take long walks on the beach in the winter sunshine, then snuggle up in front of the cosy fireplace. Configuration -32 Werri Blue is a single level cottage with a garden area. The cottage has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a king bed, single bed and a trundle, and the third bedroom can be used as a bedroom or media room with two futon sofa beds. There is a main bathroom with a deep bathtub which is an open plan wet room, an ensuite and an external laundry with shower and toilet. The main living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area are located in an open plan area with a gas fireplace. There is also a second living area or media room which can be used as a third bedroom. There is a front deck with a day bed and outdoor dining table and also a back garden with under cover BBQ area, outdoor furniture and table tennis. Outdoors -A fully fenced tropical back garden with undercover area, BBQ and table tennis make 32 Werri Blue perfect for entertaining.There is also a grassed area out the front of the property. Enjoy the day bed on the front deck while watching the kids play or have breakfast using the second outdoor setting. Access to the beach and cycle/walking path is directly across the road! Heating and cooling -32 Werri Blue has a gas fireplace and ceiling fans in the main living room. The windows can be opened up in summer to let sea breezes through the property. Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Parking -There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the gravel driveway to the left of the house. The garage is for owners' use and is not available to guests. Please do not park on the grass at the front of the property. Pets -Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options. Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, Four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January. Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays. Internet / WIFI access -Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
