Summary: I redeemed a free night on my stay in Zara’s . The check in was smooth , since we booked a superior room , we were first given a room on the third floor which was nice but since I was with kids , I requested them to give me a room on the first floor which weren’t available because they were completely booked for New Years . However they gave me a bigger room on the ground floor behind the reception area which was even better . The room had a double bed and a single bed also . We took the dinner buffet . The food was excellent . The service was also very good . The only drawback which I’m sure they can work on is they need to paint up the rooms and a wooden flooring or a carpet in the superior rooms will be nice .
