Our house is located on a ravine lot as well as a greenbelt Area and water control system reservoir

Pros: Nice view, usually larger than usual lot if you live in the city, a good amount of shade from the surrounding trees. Cons: Erosion, animals, pests We do pest control under the regulations of municipality and pest control company looks after that every year once or twice a month till end of October
