The apartment, located on the third floor of a typical Florentine-style building (no lift), has been elegantly designed and renovated by a famous local architect.
It is a two-story house and is divided as follows:
On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped professional kitchen which features a beautiful steel top and blue lacquered custom-designed furniture. A counter with top in solid oak wood separates the kitchen from the entrance and, thanks to a pull-out table, allows you to have breakfast or enjoy an aperitif before exploring the nearby shopping areas, restaurants and typical Florentine cafes.
Continuing along the corridor, you will reach a large living room, the heart of the house, which is divided into a dining area equipped with a wooden rustic-style table and a living area with comfortable sofas, potentially convertible, upon request, into sofa beds and a flat screen TV featuring satellite and Sky channels.
Thanks to a very peculiar balcony, made of glass and iron, the living room faces and overlooks the surrounding rooftops.
