The owner wanted to keep the feeling simple yet luxurious and offer you state of the art amenities; a king-size bed in the primary bedroom with an en-suite featuring dual sinks, walk-in shower and a walk-in closet, 2 twins beds in the guest bedroom with a full bath just next door with another walk-in shower, and a comfortable queen trundle sofa sleeper in the living room! Yes, you read that right, that's means six adults can comfortably stay here. This condo is equipped with washer/dryer combo, spacious living and dining room to relax in. All linens are provided, including beach umbrella, chairs & towels! By now, you can tell this condo is a little Bougie, you can even find a wine fridge in the dining room!
You have direct access from each bedroom to the pool deck from the screened bedrooms lanais. The spacious main lanai, also screened and off living room, provides incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy lunch with water views during the day and watch the Florida Sunsets with your favorite cocktail in hand while listening to the waves crash the shores every evening.
