This large apartment of 102 m², modern, bright, very quiet, at the end of a dead end, consists of 2 bedrooms (max 3 people +1 baby). The kitchen is beautiful and functional: a central island, an oven, a microwave, induction hobs, a washing machine and all the accessories necessary for your comfort. Large dining room in front of the sea. To relax, a very spacious corner lounge with a flat-screen TV, Netflix, and even a home theater. Free Wi Fi connection. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Sheets and towels are provided. There is an indoor parking space near the elevator and a cellar. You also have access to the swimming pool of the condominium located in the neighboring building (currently under construction). The apartment is located in Tabaiba Bajo, right next to the small marina of Radazul, accessible by a small path with stairs. In these 2 places you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy and restaurants. Large surfaces (Carrefour) at 4 km. You can also quickly reach Radazul by bus. To relax and swim in all seasons, several small beaches and a natural pool, accessible by stairs, bus or car. Radazul also has several parks (with playgrounds), as well as diving centers. Snorkeling is also widely practiced in these clear and calm waters, like other activities such as sailing or jet skiing. This part of the island is quiet, away from the flow of tourists, while being a short drive from the centers of interest in the north and south of Tenerife. You can therefore, from the apartment, just as well take walks in the north of the island, green and wild, take a hike to attack the magnificent volcano, the Teide, or bask on the golden beaches of the South. Your residence is 13 km from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and 20 km from La Laguna, two historic towns where it is good to stroll. Tenerife North Airport is 18 km away and South Airport 50 km just 30 minutes from your apartment. The TF1 highway is close to take you everywhere quickly to all corners of the island.
