One bedroom, one bath apartment. Fully furnished. Just minutes from Oakhurst, Bass Lake, and Yosemite National Park. We welcome equine travelers, dog friendly, and provide spectacular mountain views. Located on 47 acres of rolling hills. The apartment is attached to the main house but has a private entrance. Dog kennel (10X30X6) or 10 x 10 available for use as well as corral panels (12X12) for any equine guests. This is a completely non-smoking property. Horses, dogs, and children on premesis so expect a little bit of noise. Everyone is friendly and loves company. We can give you privacy or join you on the deck for a beautiful sunset. There is a full kitchen, washer, dryer, iron and board, linens, and free parking all included. Also room for large trucks and trailers. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a day bed with trundle plus a futon for a total of 5 guests. We have a large deck for grilling plus a smaller private deck for guest use. The breezeway has seating as well. Enjoy walking around our 40+ acres or venture out! We are just 2 miles to the closest gas station and restaurant or 10 minutes to Oakhurst for all other amenities. Bass Lake is 15 minutes away with boat rentals and water activities. Yosemite National Park is 25 miles away. There are also several other area lakes and recreational areas close by. We look forward to you visiting our ranch soon!
DIRECTIONS
Road 601 to Songbird lane. Follow the gravel drive. It curves to the left and then we are the first house on the right. The only 2 story house. Signs are posted for T&A or the address 58569. Park in front of the deck towards the left.

Summary: When we arrived the owner greeted us and showed us around the property including visiting the four beautiful horses. The apartment was very clean and beautifully arranged. The kitchen had everything we needed plus. The beds were comfortable. The owner was friendly and available to help us with questions about about the area. There was information about things to do in the vicinity in the unit. We enjoyed the nice private porch where we ate breakfast while watching the sun come up and we could see the stars from the porch at night. It was a very pleasant stay. The drive into Yosemite from there was beautiful, but longer than we had anticipated so we had to leave early to have adequate time for hiking but it was doable. We enjoyed the are galleries in nearby towns as well.
