The nearly 3,000 sq. ft reverse living floor plan provides plenty of space for your group of up to 12 guests to spread out. Central heat and A/C will keep you comfortable year-round, while a wood stove adds to the ambiance on those cool Sunriver nights.
The spacious living room with leather seating, large flat screen TV, and vaulted ceilings sits adjacent to the dining table with seats for 10-12 and the upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops. There is a window from the kitchen overlooking the enclosed lap pool (LOW80sTemp) and hot tub area below, so you can keep a close eye on the fun. Step out onto the upper deck to BBQ on the gas grill and dine under the stars.
