Dining area that seats up to 8; master bedroom with king size bed and separate bath with soaker tub and private stairway down to the pool room. Bedroom with queen size bed and a set of bunk beds; full bath; bedroom with a queen size bed. The loft play area has an air hockey table and plenty of games plus a sofa bed. LOWER LEVEL: Bedroom with 3 twin beds; a bedroom with a double bed. A full bathroom with shower only. Laundry room with washer and dryer; a sitting area with a wood burning fireplace, ping pong table, and Foosball table. Attached pool house with indoor pool, hot tub, a loft area with a pool table, and a full bath with shower only. The Brown House sleeps up to twelve. This is a non-smoking cottage.
