We want you to know we truly went the extra mile when it came to designing your vacation space; there's a theme for each bedroom and TWO game rooms to cater to every age!
While we love the themes and fun inside this home, this house spares no detail when it comes to luxury. The main living room, kitchen, dining area, pool, and en-suites, all feature high-end furnishings and upgrades - making this a well-balanced property to suit everyone.
The living room features a massive sectional and Smart TV. When you’re not winding down, we expect you’ll be outside enjoying the heated pool with a protected lanai or chatting at the outdoor dining table with fellow guests.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to make scrumptious meals from home. A blender, toaster, coffee maker, wine ware, and more kitchen items are available for your convenience. The large island with 4 stools is ideal for extra prep space or casual dining. When you’re ready to dig in, a grand dining table, amid classic theme park décor, for 12 awaits.
One of the best parts of this property is its ability to sleep 18 guests comfortably and still feel like there’s plenty of room to roam. There are a total of 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath to accommodate guests; 4 bathrooms are en-suites and 1 is a Jack and Jill. Each bedroom goes all out with a theme; making even bedtime a magical experience!
Bedroom #1 – Welcome to Hogwarts! This Harry Potter themed room is complete with a King bed, Smart TV, private en-suite, flying keys and airborne books! The en-suite keeps with the bedroom theme and offers a separate shower and tub.
Bedroom #2 – Welcome to the Dark Side – This Star Wars themed with a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, Twin trundle, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The themed en-suite offers a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #3 – Flying lanterns?! This Tangled themed room highlights a hand painted tower, a Queen bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The themed en-suite offers a shower/tub combo and a magical flower.
Bedroom #4 – For the Devil family only! This Cruella themed fashion forward room sleeps a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The themed en-suite offers a separate shower and tub and youor own private watch dog.
Bedroom #5 – Worth Melting For in this Frozen themed room with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed, Twin trundle, Smart TV, and access to the Jack & Jill style bathroom.
Bedroom #6 – POW! This Avengers themed room presents your superheroes an opportunity to restfully recover in a Queen bed or a Twin bed. There is a Smart TV, and access to the Jack and Jill style bathroom.
As if having a cool bedroom wasn’t enough…there's not one, not two, but THREE unique game rooms to enjoy.
The first room is the upstairs loft, with a Mickey & Minnie theme this space is sure to grasp your little one's attention.
The second room is going to be a major WIN for your teens. The garage has been transformed into the ultimate media room with TVs, gaming consoles, and game chairs.
And the third room is the front room. A space for the whole family to enjoy or just the adults with the cinema theme amid a pool table, ping pong table, and high-top tables and chairs.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- High chair and pack-and-play crib are all provided for use at no extra charge! That’s right all the frills and no extra pricing thrills!
- The cost to rent the grill is a one time $39 payment to cover the cost to clean the grill. You need to pay ahead of time so our local team can arrange to unlock it for you.
- There is parking space for 4 vehicles in the driveway
- There is a Ring doorbell attached on the main entrance door that will be active with video recording during your stay for security purposes.
- The hot tub is always hot for guest usage. However, the private pool can be heated at an additional cost of $19/day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 48 hours in advance of your expected need.
The estate is located in the highly sought-after Watersong Resort, a tranquil destination in Davenport with various on-site amenities. Guests at Worth Melting For enjoy the surrounding conservation area where you can spot local wildlife on your daily walks.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
