Positive: Great Location, 1 train trip from HND to Skytree Station,. Bus shuttle to Disney resorts, close to 7eleven/family marts.Only issue when travelling from/to the premise with luggages. Note that the entrance is on the side of the property. (Was not aware of this.) Room is brand new and hi-tech, very clean and well equipped, will surely book here again if ever come to Tokyo😃
