When you enter this condo you will be greeted with first class modern farmhouse decor that exudes that warm comfy feeling of life as it should be. That feeling of family gatherings, food, wine, fun and overall good times.
This warm painted condo has been recently updated with new furnishings and decor and has been providing wonderful accommodations to its guests for over 8 years running. Nestled across the street from the Mountain Creek Ski, Bike and Water Parks, and close to wineries, farms, antique shops, lakes, the Appalachian Trail, it only seemed fair for us to recognize the areas’ best features and make this condo fit in with the surrounding farmland. We want you to go back to a time when life was simple while proving modern amenities when desired. Our old school family games of "tic tac toe", "connect 4" and "triangle peg game" will connect you and your kids again.
THE CONDO
The King BEDROOM is full of personality from the gorgeous Pottery Barn "Paulsen" reclaimed wood bedroom collection to the Soft Textured Ceramic Lamps and the rustic wall decor providing a rustic and relaxed environment you won't want to leave. A 32 inch ROKU TV with free access to Sling TV, YouTube TV and the new DISNEY + as well as access to your own Netflix and HULU accounts, and seating for one increases the comfort level. Soft drapes along with sheer curtains block out the daylight when needed to ensure a great nights’ sleep.
Across from the bedroom is a large spacious bathroom with a separate shower and tub and a huge mirror to get ready for your busy day ahead. We scored an amazing picture of a horse at Kirkland's that we just love and hope you do to.
Next is the large full KITCHEN with all the items you need to prepare that amazing family meal when warranted. It is complete with a Keurig single cup and carafe coffee maker, Nespresso machine, small appliances one would expect, a new bronze Pfister faucet, granite counter tops, and all you would expect in a turn-key kitchen.
As you enter the LIVING ROOM you will be welcomed with lots of amazing views out onto the large furnished deck, the pool area and nature in general. Sit in the new Pottery Barn "Irving" Leather Chairs, a classic club chair that offers extreme comfort as you watch TV or read a good book by the fireplace.
Our couch is a full sleep sofa with a new memory foam mattress for added comfort that offers our guests a cozy spot to sit, relax and put your feet up on the Crate & Barrel ottomans which also serve as the coffee table.
The dining area seats 4 guests on our new Pottery Barn Havana "Sea-grass" chairs while viewing the outdoors, the living room and the living room TV.
The deck is the largest deck at Black Creek and has seating for 6 guests, an umbrella and amazing views. Gaze out at the pool and watch other family members enjoying the 2 pools and 2 hot tubs.

• No illegal drugs in the condo or on the community grounds
• No pets of any kind are allowed in the condo or on the community grounds
• No events or large gatherings in the condo or on the community grounds
• Guest who is executing the booking must be at least 24 years old
• No food or drink other than water is allowed in the bedrooms
• No locals can book a stay unless they communicate with us before a booking
• No more than 4 guests can stay in the condo or remain on the community grounds
• All guests must agree to the community rules posted within the community
• Guest understands this is a self-check in rental and guest agrees they are willing and able to follow the self check in procedures that will be provided to them before the arrival date.
• The rental nor the community can be used as a house of worship
• No candles can be lite inside the condo or community
• The bed and bed frames cannot be moved
• The furniture cannot be moved
• No extra mattresses can be brought into nor used inside the rental
• No gathering just outside the rental except for the patio or deck and even then its just for the # of people the unit is listed as sleeping.
