The property is situated in William Bay just minutes from Greens Pool, Elephant Rocks & Madfish Bay on a beautiful 5-acre bush block with plenty of open space to explore.
William Bay Loft is an ideal retreat for couples, friends and families. The house has three bedrooms with open-plan living and dining. With wide timber decks there is a BBQ and wooden table and chairs overlooking the back yard viewing birds, kangaroos plenty of wildlife.
There is also a hot/cold shower outside great for rinsing off after swimming at Greens-pool.
The property has three bedrooms and can sleep up to six guests. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and includes a queen-sized bed. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The downstairs has an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with a combustion woodfire. There are also laundry facilities.<
There is a section to the house with strictly no guest access. This area is not occupied whilst guests are staying at the property.
William Bay Loft is perfect for a digital detox! As the property is in a rural area, there is no access to WiFi and minimal to no phone reception. A mobile booster at the property enables some signal for Telstra users only and is dependent on weather and demand.
