Positive: This bungalow is well located, near to the beach and local restaurants and pubs. We managed to park three cars on the drive. The estate is quiet. The garden is enclosed so safe for children and pets but totally gravelled. Inside, the house is spacious and well provisioned with all necessary cooking facilities and appliances and cleaning products. There are a lot of china and dishes which meant we didn't have to run the dish washer so often. Linens are good quality and there were decent sized towels. The sofas are comfortable.
Negative: The beds were very hard; we like firm mattresses but found these to be uncomfortable. The duvets were summer duvets and unfortunately, the weather is pretty cold at the end of October on the North east coast. The heating whilst on warmed the house but was on a 5 on off system with inadequate information to alter it so at times the house was cool.
