My place is a Victorian flat with high ceilings and wooden floors , it has a period flame effect cosy gas fire , positioned close to Little venice with amenities ( Tesco , coffee shops , organic green grocer , butcher , wine shops , post office , dry cleaner all within 1 minutes walk ). The area has some fantastic pubs and cafes/restaurants and is within 15 minutes walk from Regents Park . You are close to the West End but positioned in a lovely residential part of London and within 5 min walk to Warwick Avenue underground station on the Bakerloo line ( 1 stop to Paddington - 15 min to Oxford Circus ) . The flat has 2 small balconies and is on the third floor . It has 2 king sized beds with the option of use the sofa bed or a fold out single bed .This is a light filled apartment with large windows which get sun in the am and afternoon .
