Excellent apartment for 4 people. Maximum 5 people (Sofa bed in the Room). Entrance hall, two large bedrooms, one with closet, living and dining room with period balcony, excellent kitchen, sunroom and bathroom in a building built in the first half of Sec XX. Very well treated. It keeps to the day the moth and all the details of construction of the time. The staircase is very beautiful, all in wood of the time. Handrail in vintage carving. It has all the transport to the door including Metro (station Laranjeiras) to 5m on foot of the apartment. Baixa / Chiado is 10 meters away by Metro. Important detail, in Sete-Rios (at 7/10 minutes walking) has all the transport to whole Portugal both vans and train. To the airport of Portela, without traffic, 10 minutes. With traffic 20m. It has several excellent restaurants in the area as well as supermarkets, pharmacy 2 minutes from the apartment and grocery store in the next building and several cafes. The apartment is right next to the Zoological Garden and the windows overlook the part of the very wooded Zoo and therefore view is also quite leafy.
