As you enter the front door, you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light and an open floor plan. Our home features a formal dining room, formal sitting room, eat-in kitchen, a sprawling kitchen bar, three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, perfect for entertaining family & friends. The master will not disappoint with our oversized walk-in closet, soaking tub, dual sinks, and a custom, "spa-like" walk-in shower area with two shower heads and a cedar corner bench. All furnishings*, linens and housewares are BRAND NEW. The large and very rare 3-car garage, gives you plenty of room for your cars, golf cart , workshop, bikes or extra toys. The outdoor living area boasts a wonderful lanai (covered and open areas) accessible from the sitting room, family room and master and includes a patio table for 6, a separate seating area for 4 and brand new Florida fans. The custom gunite pool has easy walk-in/out access and underwater lighting for nighttime swims. This very private pool area overlooks the freshwater canal in the backyard that is chock full of "fishable" fish and exotic wildlife. (* master and 2nd bedroom mattresses are not brand new). Air exchanger (air-conditioner/heater) has been retrofitted (June 2020) with a Covid 19 destroying high efficiency UV light & hydrogen peroxide dispenser.
