The home is in close proximity to the Hilltop pool and park with a children’s climber, a large open grass field, a pickleball court, an outdoor fireplace, a community grill, and a gas fire pit. Lone Star features a master suite on the main floor and two bedrooms, and a media room on the second floor. The paved stone patio and wraparound porch on two sides of the home create the ultimate outdoor living space. This charming home has comfortable furniture and a gas fireplace for staying cozy during those cool evenings. The house has high-speed WiFi and HDTVs upstairs and downstairs with Chromecast so you can easily stream your favorite content on the TV. There are also board games and puzzles to enjoy.
The main floor includes a stocked, sparkling kitchen with all the modern amenities you could ask for stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a dishwasher, a gas stove, and much more! The first bedroom features a queen size bed & dresser. The second bedroom has 3 twin bunk beds. Perfect for the kids! Each bathroom is stocked with all of the luxuries of a home, including beach towels for a summer dip in the lake or pool.
