Positive: It was clean. The coffee machine worked. The parking space is just outside the building. The owners spent time explaining how everything worked.
Negative: It is not dog friendly. The socket in the kitchen short circuited. Stressful staying with a dog mine was in a crate. I had to buy the bedcover because my dog left some fur and scratched the cover. It is ideal for couples with no pets.
