Positive: The biggest benefit was a parking place nearby. Parking spot is not easy to find near Marbella old center.
Negative: There was no noice isolation in the appartment. We could hear every sound from the street. That woke us up during the night and our kids as well. The same problem was with falling asleep. There was also a little problem with check-in. We asked to check-in earlier, the owner agreed but there was nobody at the place. But this was solwed within one hour.
