What’s nearby: This property is centrally located south of 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach in the Watersound West Beach Community. Minutes from all the action yet set back in a private gated community away from it all. Enjoy a beautiful stroll to the beach, green spaces, and parks, zero-entry pool, putting park and clubhouse with outdoor grill. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Shared swimming pool Parking Notes: There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway at front of the home. Dock Details: Water Access: Go out on Tumblehome Way and turn left. Follow this road all the way around the Watersound Beach Pool. You will see the signs for the boardwalk to the beach. It is about a 10-15 minute walk so we recommend renting bikes for your stay. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
