Ground Floor: *Welcoming entrance hall, with plenty of space to de-kit yourself before going inside. *In winter, the living room is a cozy haven, with a log burner, leafy views of the garden and a long comfy sofa on which to stretch out upon after a bracing coastal walk. Smart TV and Wi Fi throughout. *Dining Room overlooks the river towards Newton Ferriers. Sliding Glass Doors open onto the balcony. Oak Dining table seats upto 8. *Bright Kitchen with more incredible views of the river. Very well equipped with modern appliances and utensils. *Bathroom with shower over bath, WC & handbasin. First Floor: *Master bedroom with King sized bed, plenty of storage and a window seat overlooking the river.
