Set in an idyllic location on the waters edge. Polmarine is a former boathouse. A passageway of winding steps gives you access down to the house & patio with magnificent views across the harbour towards Fowey. (Not suitable for anyone with mobility restrictions). The idyllic position gives us glorious views across the water to Fowey, Pont and up river towards Bodinnick. Polmarine is our house and we live on site. There are two self contained one bedroom apartments within the house. The Penthouse apartment has a kingsize bed with en-suite shower room, a kitchenette area and a lounge/seating area. A single bed can be added to the Penthouse apartment for a third person staying or if two people require separate beds. This can easily go into the bedroom or the lounge/dining area. Guests are very welcome to use the conservatory and patio garden area to the boathouse. A washing machine and tumble dryer is within the main house and can be used upon request, along with ironing facilities.
