Accessed via a private road, it is one of several set within several acres of parkland and is a paradise for keen fishermen, bird watchers, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. A water skiing school is available locally by prior arrangement. The area offers lovely woodland rambles, the quiet surrounding country lanes afford easy and relaxed walking and cycling, and children will love on site play area . There is also an on-site clubhouse with bar where children are welcome (open all day every day, excluding Tuesday).
Waters Reach is ideally located for exploring the area's myriad attractions, from the glorious unspoilt sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea, to seal watching trips at Morston and a wealth of family fun at Hunstanton, a Victorian seaside resort with a beach and famous striped cliffs. Just 6 miles away lies King's Lynn, home to an historic harbourside and popular Tuesday market, whilst the Queen's Estate at Sandringham is also within easy reach as are the fragrant Norfolk lavender fields and quaint little town of Holt. Great days out should include trips to the lovely medieval cathedral city of Norwich and Cambridge, with its university colleges and punting on the Cam.

Full central heating is included from 30th April - 1st October. From the 2nd October - 29th April there is a charge of £45 per week, £30 per short break for the heating.
The hot tub is charged at £70pw/ £50 per short break. Please don't forget to bring extra towels if you are using the hot tub.
Please call 1 week prior to arrange payment, along with the returnable £100 security deposit.
There is an unguarded/unfenced sitting out area which goes directly on to the lake. Use of the lake is not permitted. The clubhouse is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
