This home away from home is located on the desirable east-side of Lake George just minutes from the restaurants and shops of Lake George Village. Tucked away on a private road, in a quiet neighborhood with only seven homes, the house is surrounded by tall hedges for seclusion and privacy. With direct lake access, a huge lake-view porch, a private sandy beach, 141’ of frontage in the lake’s southern basin, and so much more. This home sleeps 8 people, with three bedrooms, two full baths, and two, half baths.
The main floor features lake views from every room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining and living room are large, yet cozy, both with a fireplace. Also, on the main floor are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with lake views and a master bath with double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. The lower level has a ton of space and natural light, with a family/game room including a pool table, a trundle bed, and a half bath. This level also offers a direct walkout to the lake.
Enjoy all that Lake George has to offer at this home. With direct lake access and a sandy beach, it’s perfect for a day of enjoying the water. Watch the boats go by and the fabulous sunsets on the sundeck above the boathouse, or on the large front porch. Fish for bass and lake trout from the private dock or try out your skills on the diving board! Also included is a BBQ grill, for all your outdoor cooking needs. Gather around the fire pit for some s’ mores with everyone.
