Absolute waterfront studio just 3 metres to the water. Recently renovated, this waterfront Studio provides stunning views over the Lake. With its own jetty, you are able to bring your boat along, or just try your luck at fishing for bream, flathead etc. Pets - Smoking - Parties: All Strictly Prohibited. You just need to relax and enjoy the views, and do as much as you want or as little as you want. You can just sit and watch the boats cruise by and the pelicans come in to land on the jetty and infront of the studio. The studio can sleep up to 4 people, 1 queen size bed and 2 pull out single beds. There is ceiling fans for the circulation. A kitchen with the usual modern conveniences and also a new frig, oven, microwave. Inside there is also 55” led TV/Blue Ray player and docking station. There is a gas BBQ undercover for those who love to BBQ by the waters edge and also sun lounges to sit and relax on. A combined toilet/laundry room with washing machine and dryer, undercover clothesline are available for your use. Ironing board and iron are also available. Pets Strictly Prohibited. The Minimum Booking price is based on up to 2 guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter in the required number of guests. Any guest number reductions are non-refundable. Features One studio room with a queen bed and 2 pullout sofa beds. We supply doonas, blankets and pillows only. Kitchen with new frig, oven, microwave, kettle and setting for 6 people, including the crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils. Gas bbq undercover outside in the breezeway. Dining room table and chairs for 4 people. Bathroom with shower over the bath, vanity and mirror. Separate toilet/laundry room with washing machine and dryer TV area with ample sitting area to watch the 55” TV LED TV with Blue ray player and docking station. Undercover clothesline. Undercover BBQ area with table and chairs. Also sunlounges available for use. No pets, smoking or parties. Please note: the jetty is shared between the guests staying at the Studio and the main house at this property. Directions & Things to do Just over 1 hours drive from the Wahroonga entrance to the freeway and you will be at the doorstep at Fishing Point for your relaxing breakaway. Fishing Point is situated between Rathmines and Wangi Wangi. You are just a short drive from Rathmines local shops which has an IGA, newsagency, bottleshop, pharmacy, ATM and service station. You are 10 minutes drive from Toronto which has an Aldi, Coles or Woolworths and all your other local shops. There is a public boat ramp approximately 1 km away. Local Attractions: Lake Macquarie is the largest salt water Lake in Australia. Lake Macquarie is an aquatic playground, perfect for a relaxing holiday. You are able to water ski, swim, fish, golf, tennis, lawn bowls and much more. Close by at Awaba, you can bike ride on the BMX tracks and do the downhill runs for those who dare! The Hunter Valley is not far away is you wish to try some new wines. Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be open for swimming for the September NSW School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays has completed. Fires and Firewood: If the property has a Wood fireplace or Firepit then firewood will be provided after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays has commenced. Guest Registration: Before guests are able to access the property, we will require an online ID check (scan drivers license) and also a visual Credit Check (scan credit card). The names on the ID and CC must match the name of the guest. The Guest Registration Document that we ask the guest to sign is a PCI compliant, encrypted and totally secure and trusted process, now used by 75,000 guests. This process is consistent and similar to what Hotels require for for ID prior to allowing access to a room. Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.
