Beautiful three bedroom, three bath condo in the luxiourious resort at One Particular Harbour located just minutes from Anna Maria Island. Enjoy beautiful morning sunrises over coffee while sitting on your spacious, screened balcony or keep an eye out for the montly delights of moon risings.
A lovely nautical and beachy motif flows throughout the unit. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, also a King in the 2nd master suite and two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom.
The living room has a large, comfortable sectional sofa that will seat the whole family on movie night.
For short term guests (less than 30 days) a rich array of amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen and in house washer and dryer. Outdoor amenities include clubhouse, covered parking, BBQ area with picnic tables, resort style heated swimming pool, cabana area and a childrens tot lot complete with a splash zone and playground.
If saying longer than 30 days, the amenities increase to include all that Harbour Isles has to offer, including Sky Bar, Tapas restaurant, state of the art work out center, Private Beach Club and club house and so much more! Enjoy miles of jogging or walking trails throughout the quiet lagoons and lush landscaping.
