This new two bedroom 2 bath condo offers a courtyard view and spacious accommodations, with a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen sized beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The 1,500 sq. foot, open layout condo has a dream kitchen that is fully equipped and has everything for you to create a special meal or entertaining with your favorite drink and appetizers. Pull back the large sliders to enjoy a spacious and comfortable screened in lanai.
Rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is located at the entrance.
Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.
Unit has 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella. Condo comes equipped with a drip coffee maker. Condo has 6 beach towels, plenty of extra sheets, and bath towels.
This private island paradise is a 2 minute drive over the bridge to Manatee Beach on the Gulf side of Anna Maria Island and to supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping areas.
One Particular Harbour is a secure, gated community offering covered parking with extra parking out front of the unit. It has elevator access.

Summary: The property is located in Perrico Island just across the draw bridge from Holmes Beach. We had no trouble accessing Anna Maria Island or driving down to Sarasota too. We arrived on the Christmas evening to low temps due to Winter Storm Elliot and no heat in the unit. Property Manager (Wagner Realty) did all they could to help us including having the owner call us on Christmas evening! The HVAC tech arrived the next morning and fixed the heat. The new thermostat that was installed was wired incorrectly. The elevator didn’t work for five days. Not much the Property Manager could do about that since that was being handled by the Condo Assoc. I share that in case you have people in your party that struggle with stairs. The pool’s gate system was not allowing the unit’s fobs access to the pool at first. The Property Manager (Wagner Realty) contacted the Association and had them unlock the gates until the access pads were fixed. Pool isn’t heated so if it’s not really warm outside the water will be brisk. There is a little kids splash pad area just off of the pool deck should you have little ones. The unit was beautifully decorated and well equipped. There were also many linens, blankets and towels. We made use of the sleeper sofa with our family of 5. There wasn’t much the unit didn’t have that we needed in the kitchen. It even had 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella that out worked very well. The owner has great WiFi within the unit. There are Google Home WiFi points in each of the rooms that flash lights throughout the night which may bother you if you like to sleep in the very dark. If you want to be in the main area of Anna Maria Island and walk or bike to everything this condo unit isn’t for you. We liked the unit’s location on Perrico Island since we drove around and went to Sarasota & St. Armond’s circle shopping, Longboat Key, Lido Beach, Holmes Beach, shopping on Pine Ave in Anna Maria Island, etc… it’s a great launching off point for many adventures. Stuff will not always be perfect but the Property Manager (Wagner Realty) was prompt in helping and following up on things. They were awesome. Overall we made the most of it and enjoyed ourselves.
