We welcome you to stay in this wonderful condo with a beautiful MAIN channel view located on the 21 MM at the popular Ledges Condominiums. Approximately, 980 square feet, this condo is an extremely clean two bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that sleeps up to 8 guests. This unit has no stairs to the condo entrance and the parking lot is right outside the unit.
We do have a 10 x 30 boat slip for an additional charge for your stay if interested.
*Please note there is no boat launch at this location.
*No trailer parking available at this location from May - September.
This property is equipped with updated modern furniture, appliances, and decorations.
The beautiful water front view from this condo is amazing! You can enjoy the water front from our covered balcony that allows you to feel the lake breeze the moment you step outside. You can also BBQ on our electric grill while enjoying the view.
The master bedroom includes a King size bed and has direct access to the master bathroom. You also get a water front view from this bedroom with your own sliding door access to the patio. There is a flat screen tv in this room too.
The master bedroom bath is private and includes a shower/tub combo unit. The tub is jetted. It also includes a toilet and a vanity with 2 sinks.
The second bedroom features 2 bunk beds that sleeps 5 guests. It also has a flat screen tv in this room.
The second bathroom is located off the main living area and it includes a shower, toilet and one sink and vanity.
The living area includes a twin-sized sofa bed that sleeps 1 guest. This area also includes a flat screen tv with cable, as well as, free Wi-Fi throughout the unit.
The dining room table seats up to 6 guests and there are an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen island for dining.
A desk is included in this unit for use and has 2 stools with it.
The unit also comes with a full-size washer and dryer for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, cooking pans/utensils and flat wear. We also supply all linens, pillows, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Additionally, we have an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.
This complex is located close to many Dining, Shopping, Entertainment and Grocery Stores, including the popular Outlet Malls. There is also a nearby boat and watercraft rental company within the cove.
The Ledges amenities include 2 waterfront pools with shaded tables and lounge chairs, sandy beach, playground and fishing/swimming from docks.
Pool is normally open from Memorial Day weekend thorough Labor Day weekend.
