Unit A: Upon entering through the vibrant fuchsia-colored door on the left side of the building, you'll step into a bright and spacious sunroom. This delightful space features two comfortable sofas and a breakfast table, perfect for relaxation and casual meals. Unwind after your travels by streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV or enjoy quality time with friends in the inviting living area. We do have a parking pass available for our guests in addition to the one parking place. The parking pass is $300 partially refundable deposit. Upon payment of the deposit, guests will receive a code to a lockbox with a parking pass. Once we have verified that the pass has been returned, we will refund $250 back of your deposit. Please let us know in advance if you would like to opt into this during your stay on Tybee.
